Our pedagogical foundation

Child, familyand environment.

The developmental triangle forms the foundation of our pedagogical vision. We work closely with parents and tailor our pedagogical guidance to the child and the social and natural environment in which they grow up.

The developmental triangle in practice.

01

The child as our starting point

Every child develops at their own pace and in their own way. We follow where a child is in their development, recognise what they can already do and offer challenges and guidance suited to the next step.

02

A trusted partner in parenting

You know your child best. We combine that knowledge with our daily observations and pedagogical expertise, making decisions together about what your child needs.

03

Connecting the environment

Not everything a child needs can be found within daycare. That is why we work closely with organisations dedicated to supporting young families.

Daycare as social infrastructure.

Our ambition extends beyond daycare alone. We want to be a full partner to parents in raising their child. We take that role seriously, which is why we actively help strengthen the care surrounding young families. We aim to bring support with parenting, language, nutrition and movement closer to the family. When specialist support is needed, we are not another service desk, but a trusted intermediary who connects our families with care providers in good time.
